Artwork files:
You can upload your image or logo file during our online order process if you are ordering from the bundle section, if you are requesting a quote or alternatively you can email your design to [email protected]. The best quality artwork is usually a vectored image file, usually an .ai, .eps or a .pdf. We also accept the following image types jpg, jpeg, gif, bmp, ai, eps, ps, pdf, png, psd, svg, tiff, tif. We may come back to you to request better artwork if the resolution is too low to work from. The maximum file size you can upload per logo is 5mb.
Colours:
Any extra information such as brand guides and pantone references are always helpful when placing your order. If you have any colour references or specific requirements please include these in the extra notes and special instructions section. We do print in CMYK the colours aren’t always exact however we make every effort to match and check to the colours you have requested.
In embroidery we use Madeira threads, we match then as closely as possible to your specified colours. Please remember, there is no such thing as an exact match as the thread is pre dyed and not dyed to order.
Design Sizes:
Our team have many years of experience in the trade so we have a great knowledge and understanding of what sizes work best for different designs and style of appearance however if you would like to specify your design size that is absolutely fine, please let us know in the extra notes section. If you do not specify a size then our expert team will assign this for you.
- Our maximum print area on DTG is 350mm x 400mm.
- Our maximum print area on Vinyl printing is 350mm wide.
- Our maximum print area on embroidery is 260mm wide.
- The height of your logo or image will automatically be scaled based on the width you select.
Positions:
We can decorate your garments in a number of positions. Our most common is the (wearer’s) left chest, however this size logo can be used on the right chest, centre chest, left sleeve, right sleeve and nape of neck. We can also offer print and embroidery as a large front and large back logo, please see the above sizes for the maximum print areas. We can also print on sleeves and hoods if required. On some items certain positions will be unavailable due to limitations on the garments, for example; pocket obstructions, if this is the case we will let you know and look at other options with you. If you have any specific requests on the print positioning please get in touch with us and we can discuss this further.
Limitations:
When setting up your order we will be in touch should we have concerns on any limitations with your design, for example certain designs cannot be embroidered such as deigns with gradients or very small details. Our expert team with work with you in creating a design that is suitable for your chosen decoration method and we won’t proceed with the order until you are completely happy with it.
