Embroidery:
Embroidery is when your design is stitched onto your garment. This can be text or logo based. The design are converted into stitches then run out on our automated embroidery machines. Embroidery is a great option for a hard wearing yet smart and professional look. Embroidery does have some limitations however our friendly team would be happy to discuss these with you and run through any options and/or changes that may need to be made. When the designs have been converted into stitches you will receive a visual of the embroidery design for your approval before we proceed with your order.
Print:
Printing is a great option for very clean and sharp designs, giving a polished and modern finish. We offer a number of print methods, all of which we are happy to advise you on based on your design and requirements.
Vinyl Printing – this can be done as 1 colour or full colour, we use high quality vinyls to ensure a great colour fix and strong adhesion to the garments. The designs are CAD cut and sealed at a high temperature to ensure their durability. We also have vinyls that are more suited to oil based garments, nylon products and stretch materials so we can ensure a high quality finish on most fabrics.
DTG Printing – DTG or Direct to Garment printing is a great option for full colour prints, it offers a high quality print that’s ideal for designs with gradients, fade outs and small details. It is a full colour print offering an exact reproduction of your on screen design.
Sublimation printing – we mainly use this method on promotional items such as mugs, mousemats, coasters, water bottles, chopping boards and more. It is a full colour print that dyes into a polyester coating at a high temperature, sealing in a great quality print and ensuring the durability of the print through many washes and a lot of handling.
